I dont want to cluter up the mailing list with simple questions but I need to know the basics of RIP and
what it does. I have the RIP to broadcast and listen on the portmaster. AM I wasting time or space or
memory or anything by doing that. I have a sunetted network and everything works just fine. If someone
wants to explain it to me or at least point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
