routing a subnet

I am still having troubles getting the routing to work on a dial up customer
that is running a small web server.
The router he is dialing into is a remote POP with a PM2eR30 and 30 modems.

His radius entry is:

Ppwood Password = "UNIX"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 206.170.176.252,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0, (I tried 224 also)
Framed-Route = "206.170.191.64 206.170.176.252 1",
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-MTU = 1500

206.170.176.*** is a class C for my remote POP 206.170.175.*** is the
class C of my main POP and Name servers.....

When the customers dials up he can ping my router and and I can ping him
from my router to his 206.170.176.252 and 206.170.191.65 & .66 & .67

This makes me think I have the subnetting working.....
BUT I cant ping him from my main POP at 206.170.175.1 I can obviously ping
the remote router at 206.170.176.3

Do I need to specify a special route for the packets going to and from the
main pop to the remote pop ?

Any helpful suggestions appreciated.....
Rick
