Subnet routing

Scenario:

User on a portmaster has a local network at his residence. I am allocating
a subnet with a mask of 255.255.255.248 (8 ips, 6 usable) to this user.
The network number is 206.62.102.40, broadcast 206.62.102.47, usable IPs
206.62.102.41-46.

How do I set up the portmaster to route the 206.62.102.40/248 subnet to this
user? I tried the "Framed-Route" and "Framed-Netmask" tags in the radius
users file, but it did not work. Though, possibly I had it set up wrong.

If anyone has done this before or knows how to do it I would appreciate
a response.

Thanks.
