No it isn't. It's a Freebsd box. Today I've done some testing and seems to
be a Win95 problem. I tried Tcpman (trumpet) stack and got normal figures
(about 3k/s with a 28800 modem). Does anyone had problem with Win95 Dial Up
connecting to a PM ? I got some users (that are using Win95) complaining of
the same problem.
