ISDN Port set to prompt for host?

Trying to route some IP
's from our class C out through one of our Portmaster 2E's through one BRI
on a 5BRI card, to an Ascend Pipeline at the other end.

Now, the port (21 in this case) has somehow been set to prompt for a host.
When I do a 'show 20' and 'show s22' I do not see any lines pertaining to
any kind of host whatsoever. The clients on s20 and s22 can establish a link
up without problem. (s20 dials in with a bitsurfer and gets a static IP, s22
is set up with static routes through s22 to a Portmaster ISDN Office Router)

Logging in to an admin session and executing 'set console' and
'set debug isdn on' yields the following continuous stream of messages.

Sending Request Connect - 64kbps / Data
Received Connect - B1
Sending Disconnect Request
Received Disconnect Ack
Received Disconnect Clear

If I squeeze in a show session during the connect phase it shows the line in the
HOSTNAME phase of connecting. I had a dial location/username/password etc
set up for the dial group associated with the port. I deleted it and the
above messages persist. I am assuming that the error messages are being caused
by the Pipeline at the other end trying to dial in to the portmaster and
dying at the 'hostname' prompt that I suspect the portmaster is asking for. It's
10pm on a Saturday night so I can't actually go over to the clients office as
they are closed. (I'd like to get this thing fixed before they open in the
morning :P )

Any ideas would be appreciated.
