"Set s20 extended on" will allow some additional things such as host
prompts to show up when you do a "show s20".

You should also try "set debug 0x51". It looks like the isdn connection
is fine, but PPP is having problems.

You can turn off the host prompt with "set s21 host default".
I had a dial location/username/password etc
