Telnet Problem

I have a couple of connection problems to my Portmaster 2E30. Right now I am
unable to Telnet to the Portmaster. I am able to access it through
PMCONSOLE. However, when I try to view Netstats, PMCONSOLE terminates; then
I am unable to get to the Portmaster by any means except via a hardwired
terminal. I then rebooted the Portmaster and PMCONSOLE access comes back,
but I still am unable to Telnet to it. Any suggestions? TIA.
