3.3.2b3 "System Restarted"

Just attempted the upgrade to ComOS 3.3.2b3 on a PM with 30 async ports.
Everything looked
okay, except when the first user attempted to start a PPP session, the PM
would reboot with
the "system restarted" message sent to syslog. Users who are assigned
rlogin to a specific
host in Radius were unaffected (well...until the PM rebooted <g>!)
I checked the new Radius attributes, performed the upgrade twice, etc. Same
issue.
Downgrading back to 3.3.1 resolved the problem. Any insight as to what may
be the
problem?
