Several options, the best of which is probably 'strobe' by Julian
Assange. It's available from ftp.suburbia.net. The other option
(in terms of pre-made solutions) is the portscanner from either ISS or
SATAN. Either of them will do a half-decent job of it, strobe is just
considerably faster.

If you really can't run it, drop me a private note, and I can scan it for
you if necessary. I'd need authorization from you to do so, of course. :-)
