If you wish to stick with the Livingston RADIUS, there is still an
option: Use pmcom and pmwho (available from
ftp://ftp.aros.net/pub/util/pm) to write a quick perl script that checks
to see who's online on all of your portmasters, and if they're online
more than once, send them email, reset the line, kill their mother,
whatever you want.
We use something like this here. It's not perfect -- it probably doesn't
scale too well because of the time delays imparted by scanning multiple
portmasters, but we use it on 6 of them without any problems at all.
