It's true. I upgraded to 3.3.1c1 this morning to try to solve my ongoing
PPP disconnects, and now my PM2E reboots every 3-4 hours.

I have only 2 users defined in the user table.
I have 1 netmask defined.
No filters.
No locations.
Nothing else.

So it's not a memory thing. I'll give it to tommorrow.
