That turns out not to be the case.
We have all seen the messages about RADIUS timing out under heavy loads
(which probably can be alleviated by going to DBM RADIUS until you hit the
next plateau).
We have all seen the messages asking how to set up a back-up RADIUS server
without giving login access (and my suggested plagiarism of Merit's
Encrypted-Password feature.)
