no, it is a concern as it is an abuse of service by a client as defined by
"most" isp's client agreements...

there are tech issues... and you should be commended for your effort... my
feelings are that "someone" can get it done, like web, daler, etc that has
the time to put into that is truly necessary from all standpoints...

ie livingston making and programming the opsys, to network performance
issues, to blah blah...
