Me either.

Point 1 - Livingston does listen and does care.

Point 2 - We do intend to enable RADIUS to limit simultaneous logins.

Point 3 - We do intend to do it right.

Point 4 - Therefore it will take longer to implement.

Point 5 - We do have limited engineering resources, and while a RADIUS
engineer may not be an OSPF or PRI engineer (have we admitted that we
have those? 8-), we don't have engineers sitting around eating bonbons
and watching Oprah. We have plenty of work to do, so adding
engineering resources to this project necessarily takes away from
another project.

Point 6 - No, I won't tell you when it will be done. But I will tell
you that you'll like it.

I'm sure you'll all rest easier now 8-)

In Redmond, no one can hear you scream ...

My opinions, of course, are my own, unless they were given to me by my
employer.
