RADIUS has problems with new dictionary entries

I finally got around to upgrading one of my portmasters to 3.3.1c1 in
order to take advantage of the Acct-Terminate-Cause addition....and, as
in previous ComOS upgrades that add/change RADIUS dictionary items, the
radiusd process dies.

Here's how it goes: I upgraded the portmaster from 3.3.1 to 3.3.1c1
after having entered the new lines in the dictionary file on my server,
logged into the portmaster as !root from a telnet session, and then
logged out. Immediately upon my logout from the portmaster, RADIUS dies
on my server.

Here are the relevant pieces of information: server is a SPARC-20
running Solaris 2.4 with plenty of memory and disk space, I am running
Livingston's version of RADIUSd (1.16), the process in running in
single-thread mode (-s).

I am sure that this is a simple mistake on my part....but I'd appreciate
any help that I can get to solve this issue.
