DO NOT expect a vendor to implement everything anyone asks for. RADIUS 1.16
does not do this, and RADIUS 2.0 WILL NOT EITHER. The next version *MAY* do
it, but we have not decided that yet.

We know it is in demand - BUT IT IS NOT A SIMPLE FEATURE TO DO RIGHT!
We don't have unlimited resources to do everything at once. Since every
reason I have ever seen for the supposed need for this feature could be
address administratively (and some sites have) it isn't something people
can't live without.
So someone sells unlimited access accounts and they are being shared - put
it right in the contract that they get one connection at a time and each
additional connection will be billed at $X per hour. Then if someone
decides to share the account you make more money, and they will probably
stop when they get the huge bill. Many sites have done this and it works.

Well, your choice is use Livingston RADIUS and not have it unless you
hack the source code, or use Merit and get it - but then you won't have
the features coming in RADIUS 2.0.

Nice hyperbole.
You can't always get what you want when you want it. And we can't pull
new features out of the air.
