I care. But what I care about is the idea the unlimited access provider
puts in someones mind that unlimited access is better than my hours per
month packages. You've made the bed of having someone use the account
multiple times, technically for free. You have the ability to fix it by
making them pay for it or terminating the account. It's your sales gimic
that created the mess, try fixing it internally.

I'd rather see Livingston work on stuff like fixing the disconnect problems
and such things that affect everyone.

In short, Livingston does listen, and replies. The users in this group
are not all listening to the answer because some don't like what they
hear.
