User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request

We just upgraded our version of ComOS to 3.3.1c1, and we've suddenly started seeing
the following:

Jun 25 02:47:44 pm1 S12: Session Terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request
Jun 25 04:03:16 pm1 S4: Session Terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request
Jun 25 08:55:29 pm1 S4: Session Terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request
Jun 25 09:47:24 pm1 S17: Session Terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request
Jun 25 09:53:52 pm1 S10: Session Terminated - User Error - PPP NCP Active to Request

It's possible we were having these problems before but didn't know about them. Our
Win95 customers use the Microsoft PPP stuff, and most of our Win3.1 customers use
Trumpet winsock 2.0b. What's causing these problems, and is there an easy fix?
