ISDN/28.8V.34 Accounting Question?

We have been having problems with our piece-o-junk USR Sportsters, such
as random disconnects etc..., and we have been testing a rather new modem
from Kommunications Electronik GmBH called Loges LGM 64k/M. This modem is
fantastic as it allows us to run both ISDN and 28.8 V.34 on the same modem
(auto switching). The problem I am forseeing is how to track usage, as in
which speeds the user logged in at. What tools/software will tell me the
connect speed, since this is the only way I can see how to tell which
type of connection they have made.

We sell flat rate connections here for both ISDN and analog, so I need to
know if I should bill an analog customer for the difference between
analog and ISDN.

Also these modems work as TA's too...

Has anyone tried this approach with ISDN/Analog switching modem yet? Any
tips?

Thanks in advance,
