56kbps ISDN

Hello,
I am troubleshooting a connection between the US and Europe. It has
been suggested that I lock an ISDN port on the Portmaster in the US to 56kbps,
then try to call Europe. Like 'set port speed'. Can anyone tell me how to do
that?
