You know, comments like this are worse than useless. Because a customer
asks a company to make their life easier by including a time and trouble
saving feature, that does not make them "lusers." It is generally the
function of most companies to make their customers lives easier.
Easier life = happy customer.
I am glad I don't do business with your company, if your views are
representitive of your company's with respect to customer service.
