I have experienced this also. No acknowledgement, nothing.

Heck, I could suggest a good free e-mail support tracking system, after
having just finished hacking one I got to suit my needs.

I think the reason we haven't seen something along these lines is that
historically, Livingston's support department has been understaffed. It
is my understanding that this should no longer be true, and if it isn't
an e-mail support system would seem to have the ability to make everyones
life easier.

Why would they? I thought that was the responsibility of the shopper: To
find the product that most closely fits your needs, and if applicable, a
vendor willing to work with you.
