Auto-answer light(s) go off

Equipment: Portmaster 2E-20
OS : 3.1.4

I have seven modems hooked up, s1-s4 are USR Couriers and s5-s7 are USR
Sportsters 33.6.

Approx. every Saturday morning the USR Couriers no longer have their
Auto-answer lights on, what could be causing this? I don't think it
effects the Sportsters.

I also have a problem with the Auto-answer going off on the Courier that
is on s3 approx 2-3 times a week....

Any help would be appreciated,
