I have those for popping in the back of defective modems (in the "phone"
port).

I buy 25 pair cables with 50pin connector on one end and crimp rj11's
on the other end. Pop them straight onto the 21X's. If I need to busy
out entire 21X's, I have a couple of 50pin connectors with all the pins
short together.
