Actually we have but it isn't online yet. We switched to a new tracking
system for service a few months back and a piece of that is an email
tracking system. But it was broken - the next release is supposed to have
the fix for it. (You folks aren't the only ones dealing with a vendor...)
Once it is up and running email will have a ticket in the same tracking
system and queue as the telephone support tickets.
