I have a BitSurfer Pro connected to a 1.2.13 Linux box running ppp 2.2.0f
(kernel and daemon)

pppd -d shows this in the messages.

Somebody is confused about when to end LCP negotiation. pppd command line looks
like this:

pppd -d user "$USER" remotename sugar.lw.net silent \
connect "chat -t 10 -vf /tmp/chatscript" \
-detach defaultroute crtscts \
"$MODEM" 115200

So, who's smoking crack, the portmaster, or my pppd ?
