problems connecting

The livingston PM2E -10 that I am currently running ComOS 3.14 is
occasionally deciding that it does not want to accept dial-ups. The user
will connect fine, verifing name and password and hang on verifing the
password. I am running radius 1.16. Rebooting the Portmaster does not work
but a cold shutdown of the portmaster works and then it will start to accetp
dialup user again. Any suggestions??
