Solved this one right away, as we do the same thing. I just have an extra
sql table for these special users. mSQL is a fine little tool. Easy to
update the database from our account creation scripts.

In fact, I think I will hack radius to use an mSQL table instead of that
ugly users file. Then I can update my user entries from a web page.

Next candidate might be a distributed password system, but I'll have to
drop in ssl or something similar (maybe just an md5 hash, ala radius).
