We have the exact same problem, but in reverse! Our users can upload to
their heart's content, but downloads are incredibly slow. We've just
opened up a trouble ticket with Livingston about it, so hopefully, we'll
be able to find an answer to the problem soon. :-) Hardware: 1 PM2ER, 30
ports. Software: ComOS 3.3.2c1.
