In the debug 0x51 output, find out who is asking for CHAP. This sounds like
a cause of a user logging in without a chat script and then rejecting PAP -
leaving CHAP as the only viable option (no security at all is not allowed),
then not accepting CHAP, or their dialer can't do it (Trumpet cannot).
I've seen it with Trumpet when a user starts PPP right away and has not
enabled PAP either.
