HW Flow control pins?

I want to hook up an Apple Laserwriter II to my portmaster with 8 conductor
wire. Previously I was using a 25pin straight thru cable. I think the
printer uses hardware flow control.

What pins on a db25 do I want to use? Obviously 2 and 3. 8 and 20?

What else?
