I noticed that myself lately. My local VAR was pretty good, doing all the
things a knowlagable salesman SHOULD do. Now, I think he quit since the
last time I called though.

I was 100% satisfied with Capella though 6 months ago. the only problem I
had was they had to backorder my Adtran 56/64 DSU, which was 2 days late,
and was still 2 weeks before GTE got around to installing the circuit (they
are the folks I am 0% satisfied with)..
