Looks like I need to extract my foot from my mouth. U.S. Citizens would
do well to look at the current license accompanying RSAREF 2.0. It appears
on first glance that it is more permissive than the one attached to the ori-
ginal RSAREF. But IANAL, so you should have your legal advisor interpret
this for you. The old license would essentially prohibit ISP use, and this
was my big concern.
