The only time I've seen this there has been a misconfiguration. Usually on
the ports, but it is possible the RADIUS entries could be wrong too. Since
it is had to debug without seeing it, I'd recommend opening a support ticket.

I really don't have the time to work with individuals on detailed problems.
If it is a fast, know answer I'll send it, otherwise I just bounce the email
to 'support' anyway. I like to help but I'm really rather busy most of the
