David Carmean didst scribe thus:
| What kind of modem management/monitoring/statistics will be
| available for the PM3?

Yes, yes. please tell!

| I guess RFC1696 Modem MIB would require the addition of SNMPv2 to
| ComOS? Is this in the plans?

| I don't know if any other of the integrated boxes do this, but it
| would sure add incentive to go with the PM3 if I get more control
| over the modems, especially via SNMP.

I just bought a total control[1]. It has more SNMP than I can wave
a pointy stick at. It has MIBs for everything, even

system.kitchen.sink ^_^;

Now, if someone has a cute program for SNMPing a PM2 and finding
the port utilisation, I would be a happy penguin. It would save
me trying to write one.

3.3.1 goes insane after 55 days, but thats OK, I just discovered
the ATERM had completely lost its marbles and was effectively
tying up a whole PRI. (ATERM = nasty NEC PRI --> 23 analogue)

should I upgrade to 3.3.2?

[1] three actually. they are cute and sexy until they land on your foot.
then they HURT.
