PM2 receive IP and IPX?

Is it possible for a PM2, running ComOS 3.3.x, to receive IP and IPX packets?
Since I can't get Win95/Win32 to see a modem on the PM2 using IP, I want to
try using IPX. Or at least I want FedExShip to see the modem on a PM2 using
IPX...
