When a user logs in as anything (does not have to be a valid userid) then
enters an invalid password (such as blank or a very long string of garbage
like "Q#$(TJ!#$SDFGJa9-gt8" the portmaster accepts the password and then
simply hangs. To get a login prompt back in requires a disconnect and a
reinitiation of the login session.
We are not using RADIUS and only have about 5 or 10 userids entered in the
PM user table. The login types are network/dialin on serial ports
connected to modems at 57,600
Has anyone seen this before? Is there a simple fix?
Regards,
Mikel
