Yes, and what a stupid idea I think it is...

It seems to be a mutation on xDSL technologies. Why the hell they don't
stop futzing around and just develop full on ADSL and HDSL I don't know.

Don't know. Since DSPs are just signal processors that do whatever the
software tells them to do I would say probably. But since they haven't
announced the specification yet you never can tell.

I still think it is dumb.
