PM-2E with MP/16 or MMP/16 ?

BTW, i'm in the final stage of the design - on what products to use, etc.
I would like to know if it would be better to use Total Control MP/16 or
Total Control MMP/16 with PM-2E's. Do i really need a managed modem pool
or i can really do without it? I don't have the price list for the
MMP/16 so, could anyone of you give me the price difference between the
two?
