I just completed upgrading two PM2e's from 3.1.4 to 3.3.2c1 using
PMconsole for Windows, and found that the flash layout changes are
practically impossible to handle through PMconsole. We had to
disconnect the power ribbon cable from the second and third 10-port
boards to even get the PM2 to boot up, clear the config flash, and
then re-enter by hand the entire configuration from a telnet session.
It worked, but spent over eight hours getting there. Support was
on-line (phone) at the time and couldn't offer any other approaches/
suggestions for this problem.
