Depending on the traffic on the LAN's you may need to give them more
bandwidth, but maybe i'm just a bandwidth hog. This configuration will work
fine for you, you could always expand to a PM2E-10i-ST when the needs be to
get more line going out to remote sites.

The amount of traffic would not be a problem, but memory could be if you are
running IPX.
