InterNIC probably won't give it to you unless you can justify it and
probably when you are getting large blocks of Ip addresses.

I know it would be easier but it just wouldn't be possible to have the
Internet working this large if everyone had their own class-c's assigned
directly from InterNIC and routed to wherever you are...
