Use 10.x.x.x and an address translator. I think a major corp where a
friend works is about to do this. University of Florida was also looking
into this since they have their own class B, but outgrew it and needed IPs
from BBN which wouldn't be routed by their new provider HellSouth (who flake
out regularly). I don't know how much an address translator costs, but I
expect a FreeBSD box running the proper software could do the job.

Hmm, how much money could I make writing that software?
