multiple users

How do I set two ISDN ports to be accessed by the same user at the same time.
I have both ports configured and the user can connect to either, one at a
time. I have hunt set so that calling the same number after the first
connection rotates to the second port.

How do I set MPP? -- is that what I need? And how do I specify the number
of simultaneous ports that can be used?
