yes.We do. Over 170 lines and counting. Works great. Unless we are
completely busied out, each successive incoming call goes to a different
modem.
Now we can do some nice things, like call analysis. Every modem should
average about the same number of calls, of the same duration (over say, a
month). Modems with low "call numbers" are likely defective and can be
easily detected and replaced.
