In practice, this only works sometimes, I have not yet figured out
WHY it works on some pipeline50's and not on others, but our
experience is that most pipeline50's will NOT do bandwidth on demand
when speeking to the livingston 5BRI cards. Though I can see no
reason why it should not work, I've never seen a ascends os version
4.6 work, though it offerse more options for configuring it, and I
have seen it 'occasionaly' work on 4.5.
