Unknown Debugging Message???

Hi,
a user of mine is using Win95 to connect. Login procedure stops and
hangs at the "Verifying username and password" part. So I set debug 0x51 on
the PM2ER and I got the following info that I can't decipher!


Sending LCP_CONFIGURE_REQUEST to port S6 of 20 bytes containing:
01 13 00 14 02 06 00 00 00 00 05 06 7c 02 d5 2c
07 02 08 02
Sending LCP_CONFIGURE_REQUEST to port S6 of 20 bytes containing:
01 14 00 14 02 06 00 00 00 00 05 06 7c 02 d5 2c
07 02 08 02
Connection Failed

This "Sending LCP_CONFIGURE_REQUEST" happens multiple of times, and then it
disconnects. I checked his Network Settings and everything is normal. Anyone
knows what's going on?
