For ACD, U.S. West wants $25 NR and $5 / line / month.
U.S. West has a $10 NR and $3 / line /month for No Answer, Roll Over. But,
beyond that, each rollover counts as an outgoing call. All of my lines are
measured service and so use of the feature would add even more cost.
