Livingston has not released Radius 2.0 yet.

I (and many others no doubt) have code added to the various radiusd
packages that allows a single server to authenticate Ascend, Livingston
and other vendors NASs.
The interoperability problem with Ascend products and Livingston Radius is
due to the way the Ascend boxes expect a Radius ACK packet to be
constructed. Livingston Radius does not correctly build the packet and
the Ascend boxes drop the 'bogus' ACKs.
I don't have my patches in a state where they can be applied to stock
Livingston Radius, but I've been planning to do some rewriting and
maintainece of my code, and I'll backport the changes to stock Livingston
Radius and make them available.
Email me if you're interested (and so it will sit in my Inbox and annoy
me.)
Have a good one.
