Is is possible to use only one username in the hosts files to authenticate a user as either a shell (telnet) to PPP user?

I would like to have PPP be the default and then my login prompt can tell shell users what to do to their login name to get shell access.

Is 2.0 supposed to be able to do this?

And, has anyone any insights on getting radius to work with ISP Billing (tm)?
